RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges.
If there is a design or defect with the product please contact us within 7 days of the delivery to proceed for the next steps for the exchange for the exact item purchased.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
It is best to contact us at email@example.com before returning any products.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be presented no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We do not refund or reship orders that have been confirmed delivered.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any defective or damaged items must be reported to us by email within 3-days of receiving your delivery.
Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the damaged item(s).
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For claims that are for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items EXCHANGE ONLY!
1. Please make sure you take a photo or two of the misprinted/damaged/defective
2. Please make sure that you have a photo of the receipt/ packing slip and send it to us at email@example.com
Wrong Address - If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself as the customer.
To complete your return, once approved we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. WE WILL THEN RE-SEND YOUR NEW ITEM.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Due to inventory levels, we do not do exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are /misprinted/ defective/ damaged. If will you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you specific instruction in how it will work.
- T-HAÜS Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered". Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
- Any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable
After Pay customers are eligible for store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please note your personal agreement with After Pay will still stand upon returning items to us. We do not contact After Pay on your behalf to cancel any agreements made with them.
- The customer will assume responsibility for any payments still scheduled with the After Pay program.
